LEAN koncept je savremeni pristup organizaciji proizvodnje zasnovan na eliminaciji rasipanja, optimizaciji procesa i kontinuiranom unapređenju. Cilj rada je analiza mogućnosti i efekata LEAN transformacije u kompaniji “PMP Drive Systems” AD, sa fokusom na livničke procese. Rad pokriva LEAN filozofiju, njen istorijski razvoj i ključne alate relevantne za industriju livenja (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban, VSM, TPM, Poka-Yoke), uz identifikaciju sedam vrsta rasipanja. Process parameters of FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) 3D printing technology such as layer height, outer wall speed and top/bottom speed need to be optimized in order to reduce average surface roughness of 3D printed parts. Experimental research needs to be conducted on samples made of PLA and PETG filament. Samples for research need to be fabricated by 3D printer Creality Ender-3 V3. The company aims to develop an IoT platform for air quality monitoring, which enables the collection, storage and visualization of air pollution data in real time. The system consists of a network of sensors that measure parameters such as PM particles, temperature, humidity, COx, SOx levels and other gases, while the data collected from the sensor devices is forwarded to the server via the IoT protocol.
