Work packages

Work Package 1 is the Project management and coordination package, which starts in the first month (M1) of the project and lasts to the last month of the project, which will be the M36 month. It consists of 10 different tasks. The goal of this package is to establish a solid and efficient organizational management structure of the project, define the path and determine all the conditions for successful and financially sustainable achievement of the goal.

Activities:

  • T1.1 Sign Quality policy statement
  • T1.2 Establish the project organizational structure
  • T1.3 Organizing consortium meetings and external monitoring visits
  • T1.4 Development of project management strategies, Risk Management Plan and Conflict Resolution Mechanisms
  • T1.5 Development of quality control and monitoring plan
  • T1.6 Create and submit internal quality reports
  • T1.7 Create and submit external quality reports
  • T1.8 Evaluation of meetings via questionnaire
  • T1.9 Organization of reporting to EACEA
  • T1.10 Financial and administrative management

The second package is the Train teaching staff and develop courses. It consists of 5 tasks. And it starts in the M2 month and lasts to the end, till the 36th month. The goal of this package is to develop an internet platform and to strengthen the capacity of partner HEIs to network effectively in scientific cooperation and knowledge transfer related to the new industrial paradigm, digitalization and soft skills development.

  • T2.1 Development and implementation of an Information Portal
  • T2.2 Preparation of materials for train of the academic staff WB HEIs
  • T2.3 Train academic staff from WB HEIs related to the new industrial paradigm, digitalization and soft skills development
  • T2.4 Presentation of good practice examples of industry representatives
  • T2.5 Develop courses for the industry and students

The third package is Capacity building and training of company staff and consists of 5 tasks. It starts on the M2 and finishes at the end of the project at M36. The main goal is to Install six multifunctional learning centers in WB HEIs and implement courses for students and companies, innovate the curriculums of study programs at partner HEIs and build a strong bond between businesses and HEIs with the support of chambers of commerce.

The fourth package named Dissemination and Exploitation starts in the first month (M1) and ends with the M36. The fifth package consists of 4 tasks. The main goal is to disseminate and to make this project alive, sustainable and recognised also with the help of info days and conferences, where the results of the solved challenges in companies will be shown.
