Optimization of Process Parameters in FFF 3D Printing Technology for Reducing Surface Roughness

Process parameters of FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) 3D printing technology such as layer height, outer wall speed and top/bottom speed need to be optimized in order to reduce average surface roughness of 3D printed parts. Experimental research needs to be conducted on samples made of PLA and ABS filament. Samples for research need to be fabricated by 3D printer Sindoh 3D Wox 7X. This research is expected to result in reduction of post processing of the surfaces of 3D printing parts (over processing).
